The Member-Led IRL (In Real Life) Event Initiative, designed to bring our EO community together through meaningful, member-driven experiences. With $5,000 in discretionary funding available, members can propose events that receive $500–$1,000 in support to create connection, learning, and fun outside of our regular programming.
This is your chance to take the lead, bring your ideas to life, and shape unique EO experiences for our chapter.
